The main level features a welcoming layout with a modern, fully equipped kitchen that flows into a dining area and a cozy living room. Here, guests can unwind by the stone fireplace and enjoy the large TV. This floor also includes two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, giving your group plenty of room to spread out and settle in.  Upstairs, the home continues to offer comfort and convenience with two additional bedrooms, one full bath, and a laundry room. The upper-level common room provides an ideal space for downtime, complete with an air hockey table and TV—perfect for movie nights, games, or relaxing after a day of exploring Deep Creek. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space.   Step outside to the back deck and enjoy all the perks of mountain living. A soothing hot tub awaits for evenings under the stars, while the gas grill and outdoor dining table create the perfect setting for meals enjoyed in the fresh lake air. IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*This home’s kitchen is equipped with a standard and k-cup style coffee pot.
*Max parking spaces for this home is 4; garage access is not available
*This is a non-smoking/vaping property
*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage). 

PETS:
This home is not pet-friendly. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.                                       

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:  
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *All cancellations will incur a non-refundable processing fee*
