Upstairs on the second level, you’ll find the heart of the home with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and welcoming living room where you can gather by the wood-burning fireplace (bring your own firewood).


Step outside to the deck to soak in the private hot tub while enjoying the fresh mountain air. The third level features two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own balcony, along with two additional full bathrooms that provide plenty of space and privacy for your group.  In summer, you’re just a short drive from Deep Creek Lake access for swimming, boating, and sunny afternoons by the water. IMPORTANT TO KNOW:  Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old.  Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am.  Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed.  No pets allowed in any home that is not specifically listed as Pet Friendly. All Pet Friendly homes have a 2 dog limit; all other animals are prohibited


WHAT TO BRING: Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage). 


WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.


RESERVATION PROCESS:  (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.  (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info.  [If you do not receive it by noon that day, check your spam folder.
