Good Time Pine is a charming log home nestled in a serene setting, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom retreat offers the ideal blend of rustic charm and modern comforts.

The second-floor main level features a cozy living room with a stunning stone fireplace, seamlessly connected to the dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. Also on this level is a comfortable bedroom, providing easy access for all guests. Upstairs, you’ll find a private bathroom and bedroom, offering a peaceful escape with its own unique charm.
The lower level is designed for fun and relaxation, boasting two additional bedrooms and an entertainment room with a pool table. Whether you're gathering for a movie night or a friendly game, this space is perfect for making memories.

Step outside to enjoy the beautiful surroundings with an array of outdoor amenities. Fire up the grill and dine al fresco, unwind in the hot tub, or gather around the firepit for s'mores and stargazing.

This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee).     

 

3-STEP RESERVATION PROCESS:
1. AT BOOKING-  Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.
2. ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL-  Look for your Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info.
3.  CHECK-IN DAY-  Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. (Codes will not be active prior to 4 pm.)  Upon arrival, locate the Home Binder (beside the coffee pot) to find Wifi Passwords, Amenity & Access Info, Troubleshooting Tips, etc. 

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:                                                                                      
a. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old.  
b. CHECK-IN is after 4 pm / CHECKOUT is by 10 am. 
c. NOT ALLOWED: Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit. 
d. WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)
e. WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
