October Moon is a recently updated lakefront home offering comfort, fun, and relaxation in every season. This spacious home features central heat and air conditioning, recently updated bathrooms, and new flooring and carpet, giving the entire space a fresh, welcoming feel. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace (please bring your own firewood), or enjoy some friendly competition with the pool table and ping pong table.
The home offers 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests with ease. The main floor features a queen bedroom, while the second floor includes one bedroom with two twin beds, one bedroom with a queen bed, and one bedroom with a full bed. A private yard provides plenty of space to relax, and up to two dogs are welcome, so the whole family can come along.
Step outside to enjoy everything that makes this home truly special: a lakefront setting with your own dock slip, perfect for boating, swimming, fishing, or simply soaking in the peaceful water views. Unwind in the hot tub, fire up the grill for cooking out, and enjoy the fresh mountain air in your private outdoor space. THIS HOME does not have cable tv; however, streaming is available using guest’s own account. Garage access is not available. Max. parking spaces: 4.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed. All Pet Friendly homes have a 2 dog limit; all other animals are prohibited
WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies, beach towels. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for home’s max occupancy.)
WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info. [If you do not receive it by noon that day, check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it please call us directly to ensure a smooth check-in].
